I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a background in Speech-Language Pathology. My interest is in disparities-focused dysphagia research and am interested in understanding how we can deliver socioculturally congruent swallowing care to older adults with dysphagia, particularly among underrepresented groups affected by dementia.
